- Promotes self-harm, violence, or hate against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
- Depicts non-consensual acts, bestiality, incest, or other unlawful conduct.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Harassment & Bullying: Threatening, harassing, bullying, or doxxing is strictly prohibited.
- Impersonation: You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Malware & Hacking: Uploading viruses or malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems is forbidden.
- Spam: No unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or repetitive messaging.
3. Enforcement
- Investigation: We reserve the right to monitor and investigate violations of this AUP.
- Content Removal: Any content violating this AUP may be removed without notice.
- Account Action: We may suspend or terminate user accounts in violation.
- Legal Action: In serious cases, we may contact law enforcement or pursue legal remedies.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or activity violating this AUP, please contact us at abuse@peeksly.com. We review each report and take appropriate action.
5. Modifications
We may update this AUP to address evolving issues. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
