3. Counter-Notification

If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it is non-infringing, submit a counter-notification to dmca@peeksly.net with:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the U.S.) or in any location where Peeksly operates (if outside the U.S.).
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may restore the material if the claimant does not pursue court action within 14 business days of receiving your counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

Peeksly may disable or terminate user accounts for repeated violations of intellectual property rights.
