Peeksly - DMCA Takedown Policy

1. DMCA Compliance

Peeksly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at dmca@peeksly.net with the following:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work and its location on Peeksly.
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it is non-infringing, submit a counter-notification to dmca@peeksly.net with:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the U.S.) or in any location where Peeksly operates (if outside the U.S.).
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may restore the material if the claimant does not pursue court action within 14 business days of receiving your counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

Peeksly may disable or terminate user accounts for repeated violations of intellectual property rights.
