4. Creator Responsibilities

  • Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain the necessary documentation to prove age/identity for individuals in your content.
  • AML Compliance: You agree to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Peeksly.com may freeze funds if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Discretionary Action: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Loss of Access: Suspension or termination may result in the loss of funds, content, or services.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We will report any CSAM or child exploitation to law enforcement immediately.

6. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

  • Platform Fee: Peeksly.com charges a fee on each transaction or as per your chosen plan.
  • Payout Freezes: We may delay, freeze, or withhold payouts if we suspect fraud or illegal activity.
  • Payout Schedule: Payouts follow a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly). We reserve the right to modify this schedule with notice.
  • Refunds: Subscriber refunds are at peeksly’s discretion, consistent with our refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Creator Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their content.
  • License to Peeksly.com: By uploading content, you grant Peeksly.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
  • DMCA Compliance: We comply with the DMCA and related global IP laws. Repeated infringers may face account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Liability Limit: Peeksly.com is not liable for user-generated content, user actions, or lost earnings due to suspension or downtime, except as required by law.
  • Local Restrictions: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. Our liability is thus limited to the maximum extent permissible under the law in such places.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. For UK users, additional UK consumer protections may apply.
