6. Payments, Fees, & Payouts

  • Platform Fee: Peeksly.com charges a fee on each transaction or as per your chosen plan.
  • Payout Freezes: Payouts may be delayed, frozen, or withheld if we suspect fraud or illegal activity.
  • Payout Schedule: Payouts follow a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly). We may modify this schedule with notice.
  • Refunds: Subscriber refunds are at Peeksly’s discretion, consistent with our refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Creator Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their content.
  • License to Peeksly.com: By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
  • DMCA Compliance: We comply with the DMCA and global IP laws; repeat infringers may face termination.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Liability Limit: Peeksly.com is not liable for user‑generated content, user actions, or lost earnings due to suspension or downtime, except where required by law.
