Once you accumulate funds, visit /model/settings to request a payout. Choose your preferred method (Stripe, bank transfer, etc.). Some creators form an LLC to manage taxes and finances for their Peeksly earnings.

Once you finalize details, your withdrawal is processed according to your plan. It’s straightforward if you meet all verification requirements.

Occasionally, payments can fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or issues with your bank. First, double-check your payment information or try another payment method. If the problem persists, contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions. You can also reach out to our support team for further assistance if your payment repeatedly fails.

If you see a charge you don’t recognize, it may be from an active subscription that auto-renewed. Peeksly operates on recurring billing for daily, weekly, or monthly subscriptions. Please check your subscriptions page and see if you forgot to cancel a plan. If it still looks incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll investigate.

When you top up using Bitcoin (or other cryptocurrencies), our system waits for at least 2 blockchain confirmations to prevent fraud or double-spending. This process may take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, depending on network congestion. Once confirmed, your Peeksly wallet balance updates automatically. If it’s been longer than an hour, contact support with your transaction ID, and we’ll investigate.

If you’re a subscriber and no longer wish to maintain a Peeksly account, you can remove or deactivate your profile by going to /subscriber/settings and selecting “Close Account.” If you’re a creator, you must first settle any pending subscriptions or payouts. After all financial obligations are resolved, you can close your account from your /model/settings page. Once removed, your profile and all data are permanently deleted after the statutory grace period.

Don’t want certain emails? No problem. Go to /subscriber/settings (or /model/settings if you’re a creator) and uncheck any email preferences you don’t need. For instance, you might disable “Notify me of new subscriber” or “Notify me of content viewed.” This way, you only receive critical alerts and skip the rest.

After updating your preferences, changes take effect immediately. If you still receive unwanted emails, please contact support so we can double-check your notification settings.
